No Limits Workshop

Anna Maria, Florida

So I have followed a lot of pages for photographers on Instagram, one which is No Limits Perspective. One day I was scrolling Instagram like we all do, & I saw that they were hosting a workshop in Florida! I have always loved the ocean & Florida so I pretty much jumped on it. Plus I've been dying to do a photography workshop!

When I booked it, they messaged me & said I was the only one from out of Florida who was attending. I felt special lol From the beginning they were so supportive & super awesome leading up to the trip. We were all so excited because this was their first workshop too! We were learning together lol

So September finally came, I had all my stuff booked, the flights, the car, & even got a new suitcase. The only thing I was nervous about was leaving my daughter over night for the first time in her whole life of 3 years lol At 4am my husband & daughter got me to the airport, and yes I cried a little. Once I was in the air all my nerves were gone though because I was about to meet these amazing photographers!

Layover in Georgia then off to Tampa! Landed in Tampa & got in my rental car to drive to Anna Maria Island! Like I said, I've always loved the Ocean so getting to drive over that huge bridge from Tampa was sooo cool! As soon as I got to the Airbnb, the hosts Jena & Dani were so inviting & I was so excited to meet everyone! They had an amazing shark-coochie board, or however you spell it lol, & the food was delicious. We all hung out just getting to know each other. It was so refreshing to be able to just sit there & talk photography with other people who actually understand lol

After our little meet & greet, we got ready for some headshots on the beach. Even though we had to wait out the rain a little bit, we still were able to get some amazing shots in! Dani & Jena did amazingly & they even convinced me to wear a fancy flowy dress so I could live out my boho beach babe dreams lol

Saturday morning, we were up early to get ready for the sessions that they had lined up. Our first session was a gorgeous couple. They were so fun to work with & had amazing personalities. The couple was even down to run down the street while it was sprinkling lol As soon as we got inside, it started Pouring! I guess that is the norm in Florida because I was like OMG the other session is going to cancel & all worried. They were just like wait 5 minutes & it'll be gone, sure enough it ended fast lol

We had a little downtime once the rain stopped so a couple of us walked down to the beach, because our Airbnb was only 2 blocks away from the ocean *insert squeal here*. I picked up a couple sea shells & "Chrystin-Be-The-Photo" found me some shark teeth to take home. I tried so hard to find some shark teeth & she was like finding them so easy lol I’m proud to say I found 1 of the 4 shark teeth lol

We got back to the house & headed to our sunset session! When I tell you this family was perfect, I mean they were PERFECT! Absolutely beautiful family of 4. Our session was on the beach & the lighting was fantastic. The boys were so cute & free spirited and Mom & Dad were absolutely gorgeous. We ended the session with all 4 of them in the water playing. The whole vibe of the night was the best.

After our session it was downtime with the group at the Airbnb! Hot tub, some drinks, & Good times with some good people.

Our last night.

But we had a super early morning for a sunrise motherhood session. It was still dark outside when we left the house. I was so in love with the weather over there too. People call me crazy for saying I miss the humidity but its so true lol Our motherhood session was on the beach with these huge driftwood trees! The beautiful pregnant mama & two her sweet girls were glowing in that sunrise! Her girls were so sweet & funny. They reminded me of my daughter too lol

After their sweet & amazing session it was back to the Airbnb to pack & wrap it all up.

It was such an amazing weekend. I learned a lot & just enjoyed being around like minded & supportive people. Truly a great experience not only for my business but also for me personally. I 1000% recommend going to one of the No Limits Perspective workshops!! If you have the chance to go to any workshop or shoot out or styled shoot, GO! Its so important to make connections in this world.
